CARTA RESPONSIVA
En la ciudad de Nuevo Vallarta, Bahía de Banderas, al rentar bicicleta en Vallarta Bikes acepto
as siguientes estipulaciones:
1. Vallarta Bikes acepta expresamente alquilar, y el Usuario acepta expresamente tomar en alquiler la(s)
bicicleta(s) propiedad de Vallarta Bikes (en lo sucesivo “Bicicleta” y/o “Bicicletas”), sujeto a los términos y
condiciones que se establecen en el presente.
2. El Usuario debe seguir las normas sobre uso y/o conducción de la Bicicleta: El Usuario acepta seguir todas
las leyes relacionadas con el uso y/o la conducción de la Bicicleta, lo cual incluye la legislación estatal y local
así como las normas y reglamentos aplicables.
3. El Usuario acepta que no usará la Bicicleta para correr carreras, utilizarla como bicicleta de montaña, para
practicar acrobacias o trucos, así como también, acepta no usar la Bicicleta en caminos no pavimentados, en
el agua, ni en ningún lugar prohibido, ilegal y/o que cause molestias a terceros, ni como transporte de
terceros.
4. El Usuario debe informar a Vallarta Bikes de inmediato o lo antes posible, cualquier accidente, choque,
daño, lesión personal, robo o extravío de la Bicicleta. Si un choque involucra lesiones personales, daños a la
propiedad o una Bicicleta robada, el Usuario levantará una denuncia ante las autoridades competentes dentro
de las 24 horas.
5. El Usuario acepta que es responsable del uso indebido, y de las consecuencias, reclamos, demandas,
causales de demanda, pérdida, responsabilidad, daños, lesiones, costos y gastos, sanciones, honorarios de
abogados, sentencias, juicios, o desembolsos de cualquier clase o naturaleza, relacionada con una Bicicleta
robadas o extraviadas.
6. El Usuario acepta devolver a Vallarta Bikes la Bicicleta o las Bicicletas en las mismas condiciones en que
la alquiló, por lo que a la firma de la presente acepta garantizar que nunca descuidará la Bicicleta durante el
tiempo en el que la tenga en su posesión, por consiguiente, Vallarta Bikes no será responsable bajo ninguna
circunstancia por una Bicicleta extraviada, robada, destruida y/o dañada.
7. El Usuario acepta pagar el monto correspondiente a la destrucción o el extravío de la Bicicleta o del
equipamiento relacionado, así como pagar los daños, incluso las partes de repuesto. Todas las reparaciones
necesarias por daños se harán a las tarifas de trabajo normales. En el caso de que la Bicicleta o el
equipamiento relacionado se extravíe o se dañe de forma que no fuera posible repararlos, independientemente
de la falla o la causa, el Usuario acepta pagar a Vallarta Bikes el valor total de reposición del equipo o bicicleta.
8. Por el presente, el Usuario conoce y acepta que el uso que haga de las Bicicletas será bajo su propio riesgo,
por lo que el Usuario es completamente responsable de conducir la Bicicleta de manera segura en todo
momento. El Usuario acepta que las Bicicletas son máquinas que pueden funcionar inadecuadamente, aunque
la Bicicleta esté bien mantenida, y que su mal funcionamiento puede causar lesiones. El Usuario acepta que
conducir una Bicicleta implica un riesgo, que pueden causar lesiones o la muerte del Usuario o de terceros, así
como también daños a la propiedad, y que dichos riesgos no siempre se pueden anticipar o evitar. El Usuario
acepta que dichos riesgos y peligros son exclusiva responsabilidad del mismo. El Usuario acepta que si
provoca una lesión o daña a un tercero o una propiedad, el Usuario será el único responsable por todos los

daños y los costos resultantes. El Usuario acepta que Vallarta Bikes no será responsable por ningún daño o
costo que el Usuario provoque a un tercero o a la propiedad, incluyendo a la Bicicleta.
9. El Usuario acepta que éste será el único responsable de la Bicicleta hasta que la misma sea entregada a
Vallarta Bikes a su entera satisfacción incluyendo sin limitar cualquier accidente, daños y/o perjuicios a
terceras personas o a bienes, así como al mal uso del mismo, negligencia, y cualquier daño o defecto que se
observe en el interior o exterior de la Bicicleta, debiendo sacar en paz y a salvo el Usuario a Vallarta Bikes de
cualquier reclamación y/o acción que cualquier autoridad y/o particular pudiera iniciar en contra del mismo,
así como cualquier contingencia que en virtud del alquiler de la Bicicleta pudiera suscitarse.
10. El Usuario se obliga a devolver la Bicicleta en las mismas condiciones en las que le fue entregada
El Usuario, al rentar bicicleta con Vallarta Bikes manifiestan su absoluta conformidad con las estipulaciones que anteceden.

In the city of Nuevo Vallarta, Bahía de Banderas, when renting a bicycle at Vallarta Bikes I accept the following stipulations:

3. The User agrees that he will not use the Bicycle to run races, use it as a mountain bike, to
practice stunts or tricks, as well as agree not to use the Bicycle on unpaved roads, in water, nor in any prohibited, illegal and / or place that causes inconvenience to third parties, nor as transport of third parties.
4. The User must inform Vallarta Bikes immediately or as soon as possible, any accident, collision, damage, personal injury, theft or loss of the Bicycle. If a crash involves personal injury, damage to a vehicle property or the Bicycle is stolen, the User will file a complaint with the competent authorities within 24 hours.
5. The User accepts that he/she is responsible for the improper use, and for the consequences, claims, demands, causes of claim, loss, liability, damages, injuries, costs and expenses, penalties,
lawyers, judgments, lawsuits, or disbursements of any kind or nature, related to a Bicycle stolen or lost.
6. The User agrees to return the Bicycle or Bicycles to Vallarta Bikes in the same conditions as rented , so by signing this document you agree to guarantee that you will never leave the Bicycle unattended during the time in which you have it in your possession, therefore, Vallarta Bikes will not be responsible under any
circumstance for a lost, stolen, destroyed and / or damaged Bicycle.
7. The User agrees to pay the amount corresponding to the destruction or loss of the Bicycle or the related equipment, as well as paying for damages, including replacement parts. All repairs necessary for damages will be made at normal working rates. In the event that the Bicycle or the related equipment is lost or damaged in a way that cannot be repaired, regardless of the failure or the cause, the User agrees to pay Vallarta Bikes the total replacement value of the equipment or bicycle.
8. By this document, the User knows and accepts that the use she makes of the Bicycles will be at her own risk,.so the User is fully responsible for driving the Bicycle safely in all moment. The User accepts that the Bicycles are machines that may function improperly, although the Bicycle is well maintained, and that its malfunction may cause injury. The User accepts that Driving a Bicycle involves a risk, which can cause injury or death to the User or third parties, as well as well as damage to property, and that such risks cannot always be anticipated or avoided. The user
accepts that such risks and dangers are his/her responsibility. The User accepts that if causes injury or damages to a third party or property, the User will be solely responsible for all
damages and resulting costs. The User accepts that Vallarta Bikes will not be responsible for any damage or cost that the User causes to a third party or to the property, including the Bicycle.
9. The User accepts that he will be solely responsible for the Bicycle until it is drop off at Vallarta Bikes to your satisfaction including without limiting any accident, damages and / or losses to third parties or property, as well as its misuse, negligence, and any damage or defect that observe inside or outside of the Bicycle, having to remove the User in peace and safety to Vallarta Bikes from any claim and / or action that any authority and / or individual may initiate against it, as well as any contingency that by virtue of the bicycle rental may arise.
10. The User undertakes to return the Bicycle in the same conditions in which it was given.
The User, when renting a bicycle with Vallarta Bikes, express their absolute compliance with the above stipulations.
